Return Policies
INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES SUBJECT TO RETURN:
Products purchased by mistake may be returned, subject to prior notification and consent from GRINDMEL . The return process is carried out using a form that must be requested from the Commercial Department. Likewise, when making the return, you must include the packaging material, manuals, accessories, original packaging, and the original physical or digital invoice, just as the product was delivered.
All returned and/or sent items for repair must be decontaminated and free of impurities and chemicals. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the item not being eligible for return or repair.
RETURNS FOR INCORRECT PURCHASES:
In the event of an incorrect purchase, the customer may receive a credit note as a solution. To access this option, the customer must report the error within five business days of making the purchase. Issuance of the credit note is subject to verification of the error and compliance with applicable terms and conditions.
INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES THAT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN:
Products damaged by power surges, humidity and condensation, liquid spills, fire, transportation, mishandling, impacts or breakage, and normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange. No exchanges will be accepted for damage caused by accidents or intentional acts, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, or for products installed or serviced by personnel other than our authorized technical team.
In addition to what was already stated in the previous paragraph, the following should be considered:
1. Products on sale : No exchanges or returns will be accepted for products purchased on promotion or at a discount.
2. Shipping costs : Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
3. Return exceptions : Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Cut electrical cables.
- Electrical or electronic measuring equipment.
4. Products outside of regular inventory : Items that are not part of the regular inventory and that are acquired directly from the manufacturer at the express request of the customer will not be subject to return.
5. Conditions for customers with credit : Customers who purchase on credit may make returns within a period of 15 calendar days from the date of invoice of the product.
