SWITCHBOARD MAT

This dielectric mat is designed as a secondary protective barrier to insulate personnel from electrical hazards in high-voltage environments. The product, composed of a non-conductive elastomer, meets the stringent requirements of the international standard IEC 61111:2009 , which specifies safety criteria for insulating materials.

With a Class 2 rating, the mat is certified for a maximum operating voltage of up to 17,000 V AC . Its resistance has been validated through dielectric stress testing up to 20,000 V AC and 50,000 V DC, ensuring a high margin of safety.

The material is 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick and comes in rolls or sections measuring 4 x 1 ft . Its composition is designed to provide high resistance to abrasion, ozone and moisture, ensuring the reliability of its long-term insulating properties.

Typical Applications : This type of mat is essential in work areas such as electrical substations, control rooms, high-voltage laboratories, and in front of switchboards or energized equipment.
