EVO Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge | Aignep

The AIGNEP T546 EVO Series Activated Carbon Cartridge is the replacement filter element for the EVO activated carbon filter (Y016), designed to remove oil vapors and odors from compressed air to an outlet concentration below 0.005 mg/m³ according to ISO 8573, producing ultrapure air suitable for the most demanding applications. It is the second element of the advanced filtration stage of Configuration 3 of the AIGNEP EVO FRL Units, installed after the T545 coalescing filter (0.001 µm). Made in Italy by AIGNEP. Available in BSPP 1/2" and 3/4".

Recommended Filtration Sequence

To maximize efficiency and extend the cartridge's lifespan, the following sequence is recommended before the activated carbon filter:

1. 5 µm Prefilter — retains solid particles
2. 0.001 µm Coalescing Filter (T545 EVO) — removes liquid oil and aerosols
3. Activated Carbon Filter (T546 EVO) — removes oil vapors and odors
