CARTRIDGE FOR EVO COALESCING FILTER - AIGNEP

The AIGNEP T545 Evo series coalescing cartridge is designed to purify compressed air, efficiently removing liquid particles such as oil. Its internal structure is composed of a layer of microfibers, reinforced by a robust stainless steel external structure. This design allows the cartridge to utilize the principles of inertial impact, interception, and coalescence. As air passes through, liquid particles are forced together, forming larger microdroplets that, due to the effect of gravity, precipitate and accumulate at the bottom of the tank.

The coalescing filter used in this cartridge acts as a deodorizer, producing oil-free air at the outlet. To ensure optimal performance and extend the cartridge's lifespan, it is recommended to install it after a 5-micron pre-filter. This pre-filter retains solid particles, preventing premature clogging of the coalescing cartridge and ensuring efficient and long-lasting operation.
