Empaque tipo O-ring NBR espesor 5 mm Sealing Tech-G - Vista frontal

The Sealing Tech-G NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) O-ring with a 5 mm thickness is a high-demand metric O-ring, compatible with DIN 3771 and ISO 3601 standards, widely used in industrial machinery of European, Asian, and Latin American origin. With 52 internal diameters available from 10 mm to 195 mm, it covers an exceptional range: from instrumentation seals and compact valves (ID 10–32 mm) to large industrial flanges, pressure vessels, and process equipment (ID 140–195 mm). The 5 mm thickness provides a larger cross-section than 4 mm seals, resulting in greater compression, better extrusion resistance, and longer service life in high-pressure applications. Highly compatible with oils, fuels, lubricants, water, and numerous non-polar solvents, it is the reference seal for demanding industrial environments with the presence of hydrocarbons.

Applications by Diameter Range

  • ID 10–32 mm: Industrial instrumentation, needle and control valves, hydraulic connectors, precision seals in compact equipment
  • ID 35–60 mm: Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, compact pumps, ball and butterfly valves, industrial actuators
  • ID 62–110 mm: Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, compressors, cover and body seals, pipe flanges
  • ID 115–195 mm: Large industrial flanges, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, inspection covers, closure seals in process equipment
  • Direct replacement in machinery compliant with DIN 3771 or ISO 3601 standards with a 5 mm seal thickness
  • High-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems: metric standard cylinders, distributors, and actuators
  • Automotive: engine, transmission, and fuel system seals in European and Asian vehicles
  • Maintenance and repair of imported industrial equipment with metric dimensions and high operating pressure
