AIGNEP Y016 activated carbon filters, with references Y016 307 501 000 and Y016 205 501 000 , are designed for use with compressed air filtered to 0.01 µm . Both models offer an exceptional filtration grade, with a residual oil concentration of < 0.005 mg/m³ , guaranteeing air virtually free of oil vapors.

Model Y016 205 501 000 has a 1/2" connection and delivers a flow rate of 1810 Nl/min. Model Y016 307 501 000 has a 3/4" connection and a flow rate of 3500 Nl/min. Both operate within a temperature range of +1.5°C to +50°C and are automatically vacuum-purged. They can withstand a maximum pressure of 15 bar (for the 1/2" model) and 13 bar (for the 3/4" model) . The condensate bowl capacities are 37 cm³ and 151 cm³ respectively. In addition, both models are ATEX Ex certified, making them suitable for potentially explosive environments.
