AIGNEP's Y030 series filter-regulators are essential components for air preparation in pneumatic systems. Their compact and efficient design combines filtration and regulation functions in a single unit, ensuring that the air reaching your equipment is clean and at the correct pressure. This helps extend the life of tools and machinery, improving overall system efficiency.

AIGNEP Y030 filter regulators are designed for use with compressed air. The 1/2" and 3/4" models feature a standard 5 µm filtration rate , effectively removing particles and impurities. Both models have a regulation range of 0 to 8 bar and can withstand a maximum pressure of 15 bar (for the FRL 2 series) and 13 bar (for the FRL 3 series) .

The 1/2" model (FRL 2 series) offers a flow rate of 3000 Nl/min, while the 3/4" model (FRL 3 series) achieves a flow rate of 5800 Nl/min. Both operate within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C and are mounted vertically. The 1/2" and 3/4" models are also ATEX Ex certified , making them suitable for potentially explosive environments. The condensate bowl capacity is 37 cm³ for the 1/2" model and 151 cm³ for the 3/4". Drainage is automatically activated by vacuum (DEP).
