AIGNEP's Y015 series coalescing filters are high-precision components designed to remove solid particles, oil aerosols, and water from compressed air. These filters are crucial for protecting sensitive pneumatic equipment, extending its service life, and ensuring optimal performance by providing high-quality air.

The AIGNEP Y015 coalescing filter models Y015 307 402 000 and Y015 205 402 000 are designed for use with compressed air filtered to 5 µm . Both feature an ultra-precise filtration grade of 0.01 µm , ensuring exceptional removal of fine particles.

The Y015 205 402 000 model has a 1/2" connection and offers a flow rate of 750 Nl/min. The Y015 307 402 000 model, on the other hand, features a 3/4" connection and a flow rate of 1400 Nl/min. Both operate within a wide temperature range of -10°C to +50°C and are automatically purged via a float valve. They withstand a maximum pressure of 15 bar (for the 1/2" model) and 13 bar (for the 3/4" model) . The condensate cup capacity is 37 cm³ and 151 cm³, respectively. Furthermore, both models are ATEX Ex certified , making them safe for use in potentially explosive environments.
