AIGNEP's Y015 series coalescing filters are high-precision components designed to remove solid particles, oil aerosols, and water from compressed air. The AIGNEP Y015 coalescing filter models, references Y015 307 402 000 and Y015 205 402 000, are designed for use with compressed air filtered to 5 µm . Both feature an ultra-precise filtration grade of 0.01 µm , ensuring exceptional removal of fine particles.

Model Y015 205 402 000 has a 1/2" connection and delivers a flow rate of 750 Nl/min. Model Y015 307 402 000 has a 3/4" connection and a flow rate of 1400 Nl/min. Both operate over a wide temperature range from -10°C to +50°C and are automatically float-ventilated. They can withstand a maximum pressure of 15 bar (for the 1/2" model) and 13 bar (for the 3/4" model) . The condensate bowl capacities are 37 cm³ and 151 cm³ respectively. In addition, both models are ATEX Ex certified , making them safe for use in potentially explosive environments.
