MANUAL LUBRICATION - AIGNEP Y040

The AIGNEP Y040 series of lubricators is an essential component for pneumatic system maintenance, designed to add the correct amount of oil to the compressed air. These devices ensure constant lubrication of the internal components of pneumatic tools and equipment, extending their service life and guaranteeing optimal performance.

AIGNEP's Y040 lubricators are designed for compressed air operation. Depending on the version, they can withstand a maximum pressure of up to 15 bar. The design allows for easy vertical mounting and operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C . The oil cup capacity varies by model, with volumes of 28 cm³, 37 cm³, or 151 cm³. The flow rate also varies depending on the connection size, reaching 6100 Nl/min for the 1/2" connection.

These lubricators are ATEX Ex certified , making them safe for use in potentially explosive environments.
