MANUAL LUBRICATION - AIGNEP Y040

The AIGNEP Y040 lubricator series is an essential component for pneumatic system maintenance, designed to add the correct amount of oil to compressed air. These devices ensure constant lubrication of the internal components of pneumatic tools and equipment, extending their lifespan and ensuring optimal performance.

AIGNEP's Y040 lubricators are designed to operate with compressed air. Depending on the version, they can withstand a maximum pressure of up to 15 bar. The design allows for easy vertical mounting and operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C . Oil cup capacities vary by model, with volumes of 28 cm³, 37 cm³, or 151 cm³. The flow rate also varies depending on the connection size: 6100 Nl/min for a 1/2" connection.

These lubricators are ATEX Ex certified , making them safe for use in potentially explosive environments.
