The VARIABLE HELIX™ flute features a helical angle that transitions from 35° to 15° along the drill bit, ensuring accelerated chip evacuation. Additionally, the tapered core with a larger diameter increases torsional rigidity and reduces the likelihood of premature breakage.

These drill bits are suitable for a variety of metals, including stainless steel, cast iron, and thick plates. They offer up to 15 times greater durability compared to standard black oxide drill bits. The set comes in a modular accessory case, compatible with the PACKOUT™ storage system.
