MILWAUKEE COBALT DRILL BITS SET

The MILWAUKEE® RED HELIX™ 29-piece cobalt drill bit set (48-89-2332) is designed for drilling applications in high-hardness metals. The QUAD EDGE™ point geometry provides a precise drill start and features four cutting edges that break the chip into smaller sections. This facilitates faster material removal and reduces heat generation, optimizing cutting performance.

The VARIABLE HELIX™ flute features a helical angle that transitions from 35° to 15° along the drill bit, ensuring accelerated chip evacuation. Additionally, the larger diameter tapered core increases torsional rigidity and reduces the likelihood of premature fractures.

These drill bits are suitable for a variety of metals, including stainless steel, cast iron, and thick sheet metal. They offer up to 15 times the durability of standard black oxide drill bits. The set comes in a modular accessory case, compatible with the PACKOUT™ storage system.
