FRL 1/2" MAINTENANCE UNIT - AIGNEP

The AIGNEP FRL Standard series maintenance unit is an essential component for preparing and conditioning compressed air in pneumatic systems. It is a size 2 FRL (Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator) unit designed to ensure the quality of the air supplying pneumatic equipment, extending its service life and guaranteeing optimal performance.

This unit integrates a filter with a filtration rating of 5 or 20 microns , effective at removing solid particles and condensate from the air. Additionally, it incorporates a pressure regulator that allows for adjusting and maintaining a constant outlet pressure, regardless of fluctuations in the main line. Finally, the lubricator supplies a fine mist of oil to the air, essential for lubricating the internal components of actuators and pneumatic tools.

With a 1/2 inch connection thread, this assembly is robust and reliable, operating efficiently in a pressure range of 0 to 8 bar , making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications requiring clean, regulated, and lubricated compressed air.
