FRL 3/4" MAINTENANCE UNIT

The AIGNEP Standard FRL series maintenance unit is an essential component for the preparation and conditioning of compressed air in pneumatic systems. It is a size 2 FRL (Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator) unit designed to ensure the quality of the air supplied to pneumatic equipment, prolonging its useful life and ensuring optimal operation.

This unit includes a 5 or 20 micron filtration filter, effective at removing solid particles and condensation from the air. It also includes a pressure regulator that allows the outlet pressure to be adjusted and maintained constant, regardless of fluctuations in the main line. Finally, the lubricator supplies a fine oil mist to the air, essential for lubricating the internal components of pneumatic actuators and tools.

With a 3/4 inch connection thread, this assembly is robust and reliable, operating efficiently in a pressure range of 0 to 8 bar , making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications requiring clean, regulated and lubricated compressed air.
