STAINLESS STEEL DIN UNION

The DIN union, or DIN union nut, is a precisely designed fitting, ideal for connections in food, dairy, beverage, cosmetic, and biotechnology installations. It allows for quick and easy disassembly of installation components, facilitating maintenance.

Manufactured with 316L stainless steel sleeves and AISI 316 nuts, it guarantees excellent strength and durability. Its sanitary finish with a surface roughness Ra < 0.8 μm and full bore (full flow) ensure hygienic continuity along the pipe, as the gasket inserted into the threaded sleeve makes contact with the smooth sleeve.

It is available in diameters from DN 40 to DN 100 and can be welded at its ends to pipes, fittings, valves and heat exchanger pump ends.
