1/8" MECHANICAL ACTIVE VALVE - 3/2 WAY - AIGNEP

The AIGNEP 01VV Series mechanically actuated valve is an essential component for pneumatic control, designed to direct and regulate compressed air flow with high precision and reliability. Unlike solenoid valves, this is a 3-way, 2-position (3/2) mechanical valve with servo-piloted tappet actuation and spring return. Its Normally Closed (NC) configuration ensures that, in its rest state, the air passage is blocked, allowing flow only when the tappet is mechanically actuated.

Made with an anodized and varnished aluminum body, chemically nickel-plated aluminum slide and NBR seals, it guarantees durability and resistance in demanding industrial environments.

This valve operates efficiently at working pressures from 2 to 10 bar and within a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, making it suitable for a variety of operating conditions. Its G1/8" (BSPP) connections facilitate integration into most existing pneumatic systems.

This valve is especially useful in applications where control is activated by contact or physical movement, such as in pneumatic cylinder limit switches, positioning systems, or as part of mechanical safety circuits in industrial machinery.
