Brass Residual Pressure Valve for CO2 - Muller

Residual cylinder valves are high-quality components designed for the safe and efficient control of high-pressure industrial gases. They combine precision engineering with a robust design that meets international standards ISO 10297 and ISO 15996, as well as BAM approval for use in high-pressure gas systems.

This model is especially suitable for CO₂ cylinders and other technical gases used in the beverage, food, and laboratory industries.

Its working pressure reaches 300 bar, and the operating temperature range goes from -40 °C to +140 °C, guaranteeing reliable performance even in extreme conditions.

Improved design with RPV system

This model incorporates the “Improved RPV” (Residual Pressure Valve) version, an integrated residual pressure check valve that provides significant improvements over conventional designs.

  • Greater durability: The internal mechanisms are designed to offer a greater number of opening and closing cycles without loss of performance.
  • Noise reduction: The optimized design of the flow channels reduces noise during opening or discharge, especially in CO₂ cylinders.
  • Minimal maintenance: the improved RPV system prevents contaminants from entering the cylinder, maintaining gas purity and reducing service interventions.
  • Enhanced safety: maintains a minimum residual pressure in the cylinder to prevent the entry of moisture or impurities, extending the lifespan of the gas and the valve itself.
  • Stable performance: Each valve undergoes 100% automatic functional testing at the factory, ensuring uniformity and reliability across all units.
