STAINLESS STEEL SOLENOID VALVE (WITHOUT COIL) - AIGNEP X6F

AIGNEP X6F series solenoid valves, in 1/2" and 3/4" versions, are power-lift diaphragm valves with a robust threaded body made of 316L stainless steel . These valves combine the operating principles of direct-acting and servo-assisted valves, offering a superior service life and unique performance. One of their main advantages is the guaranteed opening even with a differential pressure (ΔP) of 0 bar , which ensures their reliability in a wide variety of operating conditions. The maximum working pressure they can withstand is up to 25 bar.

For the 1/2" and 3/4" models, the internal bores are 14 mm and 18 mm respectively, with Kv values of 2.92 and 4.08 m³/h, ensuring efficient flow rate. The NBR seal material allows for use with a wide variety of aggressive and corrosive fluids and over a wide temperature range. NBR seals operate between -10°C and +90°C. The valves are manufactured with high quality materials such as AISI 316L stainless steel for the body and AISI 430FR stainless steel for the core.

It is ideal for applications handling water, oils, neutral gases, air, oxygen, and steam, providing a robust and reliable solution for the chemical, petrochemical, and washing systems industries, among others. Horizontal mounting is recommended.
