AIGNEP's X6F series solenoid valves are lift-assisted diaphragm valves with a robust 316L stainless steel threaded body , designed to combine the principles of direct-acting and servo-assisted valves. This gives them exceptional performance and superior durability, with a longer service life compared to traditional models. Their distinctive feature is guaranteed opening even with a differential pressure (ΔP) of 0 bar , ensuring reliable operation under a wide variety of operating conditions.

To meet a variety of requirements, the X6F series valves are available with threaded connections ranging from 1/2" to 3/4" and bore diameters from 14 mm to 25 mm. Flow rate is optimized with Kv values ranging from 2.73 to 6.63 m³/h, depending on the model. The NBR seal material allows use with a wide variety of aggressive and corrosive fluids and over a wide temperature range (-10°C to +90°C) . They can withstand a maximum allowable pressure of up to 25 bar.

Manufactured with high-quality materials, such as AISI 316L stainless steel for the body and AISI 430FR for the core, these valves are designed for rigorous working conditions. They feature an IP67 protection degree with a connector and anti-humidity kit , making them suitable for demanding environments. In addition, they are equipped with class H coils and have ATEX II 2G/D Ex hy CSA C22.2 certification , guaranteeing their safety in potentially explosive atmospheres. They are ideal for applications handling water, oils, neutral gases, air, oxygen, steam, and in industries such as chemical, petrochemical and washing systems.
