STAINLESS STEEL SOLENOID VALVE - AIGNEP X6F

AIGNEP's X6F series solenoid valves are assisted-lift diaphragm valves with a robust, threaded body made of 316L stainless steel . Designed to combine the principles of direct-acting and servo-assisted valves, they offer exceptional performance and superior durability, with a longer service life compared to traditional models. Their distinguishing feature is guaranteed opening even with a differential pressure (ΔP) of 0 bar , ensuring reliable operation under a wide range of conditions.

To meet diverse requirements, the X6F series valves are available with threaded connections ranging from 1/2" to 3/4" and orifice diameters from 14 mm to 25 mm. Flow rates are optimized with Kv values ​​ranging from 2.73 to 6.63 m³/h, depending on the model. The NBR seal material allows for use with a wide variety of aggressive and corrosive fluids, and across a broad temperature range (-10°C to +90°C) . They withstand a maximum allowable pressure of up to 25 bar.

Manufactured with high-quality materials, such as AISI 316L stainless steel for the body and AISI 430FR for the core, these valves are designed for demanding working conditions. They feature an IP67 protection rating with a moisture-proof connector and kit , making them suitable for challenging environments. Furthermore, they are equipped with Class H coils and hold ATEX II 2G/D Ex and CSA C22.2 certifications , guaranteeing their safety in potentially explosive atmospheres. They are ideal for applications handling water, oils, neutral gases, air, oxygen, and steam, and in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, and washing systems.
