STAINLESS STEEL SOLENOID VALVE (WITHOUT COIL) - AIGNEP X3F

AIGNEP X3F series solenoid valves, in their 1" version, are guided diaphragm valves with a threaded body made of 316L stainless steel, designed to combine the principles of direct-acting and servo-assisted valves. This results in exceptional performance and a lifespan up to five times longer than traditional solenoid valves. They are suitable for operating in extremely harsh conditions, supporting a maximum admissible pressure of 25 bar . Their opening is guaranteed with a minimum differential pressure (ΔP) of 0.15 bar , ensuring their reliability in critical applications.

The 1" X3F series design is made entirely from high quality materials including an AISI 316L stainless steel body , stainless steel guide tube and springs, and AISI 430FR stainless steel fixed and movable core. NBR seal material allows for optimal chemical and thermal compatibility, allowing contact with aggressive and corrosive fluids. With a 25mm orifice and a Kv value of 6.63 m³/h, these valves guarantee efficient flow rate. In addition, a silver or copper shading ring can be requested for the coils.

Its wide range of applications includes handling water, oils, neutral liquids, inert gases, air, steam, oxygen, as well as processes in the chemical and petrochemical industries. A horizontal mounting position is recommended for proper operation.
