FORGED BRASS SOLENOID VALVE - AIGNEP SERIES 06F

AIGNEP's 06F series solenoid valves are distinguished by their assisted-lift diaphragm design, which combines the functionality of direct-acting and servo-assisted valves to ensure optimal performance. Manufactured with a CW617N brass body , an AISI 430FR stainless steel core, and a stainless steel guide tube, these valves offer exceptional durability and a longer service life. They withstand a maximum allowable pressure of 25 bar and are guaranteed to open even at 0 bar differential pressure (ΔP), making them highly reliable under a wide range of operating conditions.

To suit different applications, these valves are available with connections ranging from 3/8" to 1" and internal bores from 14 mm to 25 mm. Chemical and thermal compatibility is managed through NBR seals . This allows the valves to handle aggressive and corrosive fluids across a wide temperature range. Furthermore, the IP67 protection rating, along with their Class H coils, ensures safe and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

The 06F series valves have important certifications such as ATEX II 2G/D Ex and CSA C22.2 , confirming their suitability for potentially explosive environments and their compliance with international safety standards.
