FORGED BRASS SOLENOID VALVE - AIGNEP SERIES 03F

AIGNEP's 03F series solenoid valves, available in 1/4" and 1" versions, are guided diaphragm valves with a threaded brass body designed for robust and reliable fluid control. They combine the operating principles of direct-acting and servo-assisted valves, offering superior performance and a service life up to five times longer than traditional valves.

These valves are designed to operate under extreme conditions and withstand a maximum allowable pressure of up to 25 bar . Opening is guaranteed with a minimum differential pressure (ΔP) of 0.15 bar , ensuring their reliability in a wide range of industrial applications.

The internal design of these 1" valves includes a CW617N brass body, a guide tube, a fixed and moving core made of AISI 430FR stainless steel, and a stainless steel spring. To ensure compatibility with different fluids and temperature ranges, the gasket material is NBR (for -10°C to +90°C) . With a 25 mm orifice and a Kv value of 6.63 m³/h, these valves guarantee efficient flow. The ambient temperature range with Class H coils is maintained between -10°C and +80°C.

The 1" valves in the 03F series boast important certifications, including ATEX II 2G/D Ex and CSA C22.2 , making them safe for use in potentially explosive environments. They also feature an IP67 protection rating with a moisture-proof connector and kit. Their power rating varies depending on the coil configuration, with 21 VA (AC) and 22 W (DC) options. These valves are ideal for applications involving water, neutral liquids, oils, inert gases, air, steam, and oxygen, and are widely used in car wash systems, industrial processes, tank emptying, and medical equipment.
