FORGED BRASS SOLENOID VALVE (WITHOUT COIL) - AIGNEP SERIES 03F

AIGNEP's 03F series diaphragm valves, available in 1/4" and 1" versions, are fluid control components designed for robust and reliable performance. Featuring a threaded brass body, these valves combine the principles of direct-acting and servo-assisted valves, giving them a lifespan up to five times longer. They are designed to withstand extreme conditions, with a maximum pressure of up to 25 bar, and are guaranteed to open with a minimum differential pressure (ΔP) of 0.15 bar. The 1" valve has a 25 mm orifice and a Kv value of 6.63 m³/h, ensuring efficient flow. The NBR seal allows for a temperature range of -10°C to +90°C.

These valves are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including car washes, industrial processes, tank emptying, and medical equipment. The body is made of CW617N brass , while the guide tube, fixed and moving core are made of AISI 430FR stainless steel.

The 1" valve features important certifications such as ATEX II 2G/D Ex hy CSA C22.2, making it safe for use in potentially explosive environments. It also has an IP67 protection rating, which protects it against dust and temporary immersion. They are ideal for handling a wide variety of fluids, including water, neutral liquids, oils, inert gases, air, steam, and oxygen.
