Solenoid Valve Model HS8A | Hansen

The Hansen HS8A Solenoid Valve is a CSA-certified, heavy-duty, pilot-operated refrigeration solenoid valve with a corrosion-resistant cast ductile iron body. Designed for on/off control of refrigerant flow, it offers superior resistance to dirt, erosion, and corrosion thanks to its Teflon piston seal, improved flow passages, and patented anti-corrosion coating. When the coil is energized, a pressure differential opens the seat; when de-energized, a spring closes the main Teflon seat, completely stopping the flow. Compatible with R22, R134a, CO₂, and other refrigerants. Available in 115 VAC and 230 VAC / 60 Hz.
